The quick answer is that a higher-resolution photo produces a higher-quality printed image. But if your favorite photo is not clear enough, please continue ordering and our design team will use our advanced technology to make a blurry photo clear.

Orders will usually be processed within 2 – 3 business days of ordering and delivered within 5 – 10 business days. Please note that we don’t ship on weekends.

Yes! We provide free shipping on orders over $100 (US only).

We offer draft previews for all Memory-Gift's products. We will send you a preview via email 1-2 days after order. Your approval is required before production.
