If you wish to return your purchase, you may do so within 10 days of receiving it. Returned items can be refunded or exchanged for other merchandise. Returns are always subject to inspection and acceptance by us.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused, undamaged, unaltered, unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items damaged through wear are not eligible for return.
Please note that all sale and discounted items are FINAL SALE. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on these items.
No return or exchange is available on final sale items including the SALE collection and any mystery products.
We reserve the right to run sales and discounts on our items at any time. Please understand that we will not provide a refund to account for pricing changes.

At Memory-Gift.Co, we are doing our best to ensure product quality and order accuracy. However, it may happen that you receive a damaged or incorrect product. Thankfully it is rather unusual! But, if it is the case, we guarantee a 100% satisfaction to all of our customers by offering a free replacement order on the affected item(s).
All we need is your order number and a clear photo showing either the incorrect item, the poor quality of the item or the damaged area of the item. Please contact us by email at email@example.com (Support time: 8 am - 8 pm every day) and one of our helpful support staff will help you with a replacement!
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you can return your order to get it replaced within 10 days of its delivery as shown on the tracking website.
To be eligible, you need to send the product UNUSED and in its original packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse a replacement if the above conditions are not met.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
The Memory-Gift.Co just can be responsible partially for your shipping costs for returning your item if your return falls within our return policy and guidelines.
We can cancel orders that have not been processed (within 24 hours of when you placed your order) or if the product is not available. Please note that all our products are made to order and also are a final sale. Therefore, refund does NOT apply if you simply do not like the product.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
