Returns & Refunds Policy

Welcome to Memory-gift. First and foremost, we hope you realize that at Memory-gift, we constantly strive to provide the highest product quality and a satisfying customer service experience.

However, problems do arise unexpectedly from time to time, and we always try to handle them with the best option for both sides. If you want immediate assistance, please call our Customer Service Team. But before, you should read the Return or Refund Policy below:


You can amend or cancel your order within one hour of ordering it. After that time, any cancellation request will be denied since your purchase is in the printing process.

Order cancellation will incur a fee of 10% of the total order value; after discussing and resolving the matter with the client, we will reimburse 90% of the total order value to your bank account.

Note:If you change your mind about purchasing an item or have an issue with the delivery address, etc., please contact our support staff at and mention your order number as well as the adjustment you would like to make. We will confirm your adjustments or accept your cancellation as soon as feasible.


All of the goods are personalized and made-to-order, which means we will print your order just for you. As a result, we do not accept replacement or refund requests unless the things come damaged or with a serious problem.

If this occurs, we will provide you a refund in accordance with the "Refund Policy" outlined below.


As previously stated, your item will be reimbursed if it arrives damaged or with a severe flaw such as:

  • The product differs drastically from the example shown to you.
  • Delivered the wrong product you bought
  • The product has technical issues, such as typographical errors, or is damaged as a result of our vendor or delivery procedure.
  • If there is a severe problem, we may replace the item or reimburse you in full within a fair time frame. In this case, please contact us at and include the following details in your "Complaint email":
  • The order ID number
  • A clear photograph or video of the defective item (if possible)
  • The shipping label's image

If this occurs, we apologize for the inconvenience; we are always available to assist you as best we can. Please contact us within 30 days of the date of delivery. We regret that we cannot provide you with a replacement or refund after this period of time.

Note: What if you haven't gotten your refund yet?

  • First, double-check your bank account.
  • Then contact your credit card company; your refund may take some time to be formally posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. Before refunding, there is usually some processing time.
  • If you've followed all of the procedures above and haven't received your refund yet, please contact us at


  • Orders that use DISCOUNT CODES from our store's promotions DO NOT qualify for our return policy. Except in exceptional circumstances covered by our return policy.
  • We do not accept returns if you just do not like or change your mind about your item after getting it.
  • A refund will not be issued if the error in the address was made by the customer or if the customer was unavailable. As a result, please double-check your mailing address before placing an order.
  • If the client submits the incorrect address in the first place, we will not be liable for returning the order to the customer.
