OUR CANCELLATION POLICY
You can amend or cancel your order within one hour of ordering it. After that time, any cancellation request will be denied since your purchase is in the printing process.
Order cancellation will incur a fee of 10% of the total order value; after discussing and resolving the matter with the client, we will reimburse 90% of the total order value to your bank account.
Note:If you change your mind about purchasing an item or have an issue with the delivery address, etc., please contact our support staff at firstname.lastname@example.org and mention your order number as well as the adjustment you would like to make. We will confirm your adjustments or accept your cancellation as soon as feasible.
OUR RETURN POLICY
All of the goods are personalized and made-to-order, which means we will print your order just for you. As a result, we do not accept replacement or refund requests unless the things come damaged or with a serious problem.
If this occurs, we will provide you a refund in accordance with the "Refund Policy" outlined below.
